Massage Therapy

We offer the following bodywork therapy choices:

Traditional Full Body Massage
With an emphasis on the long strokes used for Swedish massage, this therapy soothes sore muscles, relieves chronic aches and pains, and reduces, if not eliminates, the stresses and tensions of everyday life. Clients can choose non-scented or aromatherapy oils.

Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage
A massage devoted to targeting tension where it is needed the most. This is ideal for those who want to manage the physical and psychological stresses of every day life by managing pain and improving circulation.
30 minutes: $45
Hot Stone Massage
Traditional Swedish massage strokes are used in combination with steaming hot stones of varying shapes and sizes that penetrate deep into the muscles to heighten your relaxation.
75 minutes: $120
Herbal Poultice Massage
This deep-heat medicinal muscle treatment incorporates two massage modalities to alleviate sore muscles and back and neck pain, reduce stress, and detoxify the body. You keep the herbal poultice to use as potpourri or as a tea bag in your bath water.
60 minutes: $90

Reflexology

This wonderfully beneficial treatment utilizes pressure point massage on the feet. Each pressure point corresponds to an internal area of the body, offering the ability to relieve a wide variety of ailments.
